Impacts of ocean-atmosphere coupling and SST high frequency variability on the coupled simulation of the mean state and variability of the Indian Summer Monsoon
Objectives:
Role of ocean-atmosphere coupling and impacts of Indian Ocean SST and MLD biases in the (coupled) simulation of ISM at different time scales (e.g. intra-seasonal, seasonal and interannual).
Importance of SST high-frequency variability, high frequency ocean-atmosphere coupling and scale interactions in the simulation of ISM variability.
